Peeing on The Bathroom Floor

I’m now six months pregnant. A couple of days ago, a humiliating thing happened to me. I was getting ready to take a shower, and I had the sudden urge to pee. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it to the toilet and I peed all over the bathroom rug. It’s ironic that I have a 2 year old and I’m the one peeing on the rug.

Though I was thoroughly humiliated, I decided to cut myself some slack, and chalk it up to a one time fluke pregnancy induced occurrence.

Today I was, once again, getting ready to get into the shower and I felt the overwhelming urge to pee and all at once it was all over the floor.

I’ve determined a couple of things based on these concurrent events:

1. The baby is most likely sitting directly on my bladder and laughing at me.
2. Ari and I should be toilet trained at the same time.
3. I’ve just had a preview to 50 years from now when this may be a daily occurrence.

I wonder if I’ll ever have my bladder control back. Should I stock up on adult diapers now?
